OUR FARM
Lettuce Tree Farms is an urban agriculture company in Cleveland Ohio. Founded in 2018, our main focus is growing amazing microgreens and herbs through the design and construction of Vertical Growing Systems, greenhouse technology, and Shipping Container Farms. We are continuing to expand upon our custom designed and built shipping container farm prototype, located in a repurposed warehouse space east of downtown. We utilize this container farm to grow Microgreens and other produce anyone can get with weekly pick-ups options! Delivery of any product is available to your restaurant or catering business around the Cleveland area. (Soon expanding to Canton area as well!)
All of our food is grown in controlled environments allowing us to track every aspect of the process. We use natural fertilizers such as compost, to create biologically diverse soil for our microgreens to thrive. Our farms currently produce 18 delicious Microgreen Varieties and Mixes to add incredible flavor and visual affect to any dish. We are in the process of expanding our microgreens selection, as well as working to provide a variety of year round available herbs, greens, and small veggies.
